1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using JPAID SERVICES LTD cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any residential or commercial cleaning service.
2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by JPAID SERVICES LTD.
- Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For recurring services, invoices must be settled within 7 days of the invoice date.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. However, to maintain our reliable schedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provision of access: The client must ensure cleaning professionals have access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Health and Safety: Clients must disclose any hazardous conditions or specific safety concerns within the property.
- Securing Valuables: We recommend that small, high-value items are secured before the cleaning service begins.
5. Liability and Insurance
JPAID SERVICES LTD is fully insured for public liability. While we take utmost care, JPAID SERVICES LTD is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear and tear or improperly installed fixtures. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations and is only used to facilitate our cleaning services.
